a Cyber Report
A.I.S.A.C. UPGRADE (Artificial Intelligence shoes , accessories and clothes )
The project develops and deepens the outcomes matured within the last university's design Lab 5, leading to the creation of
a collection composed by 18 self-produced and handmade fashion
accessories.
The conceptual method starts with an image of
inspiration that reflects the Cyberpunk mood, looking at the urban
environments and the representation of Mirrorshades Movement, adding
functionality and elegance to the accessories through the use of
geometries and reflective materials, pearly leather or opaque, in
contrast between them.
The project activity has lasted about four
months, and was divided into 3 phases which document the creative
process :
1 . Discover and analyze the theme by personal passions for
the metallic materials, artificial parts, and their interaction with the
body as external functional coating or integral part of it, maintaining
order, shapes and colors in harmony with each other to sharpen the
grace and simplicity of the geometry, sometimes used as entire surfaces
and other times like embedded or closed dowels one to each other.

. Graphical Search starting from images of inspiration. Processing of
colors palette and materials, sketches and technical drawings (250
accessories, shoes, jewelry ).

3 . Selection of proper materials
by developing a sensitivity to the leather, small metal parts and
elastic bands. Research for
the best performance given by crafting
manipulation through various techniques (winding, engraving, cutting ,
interlocking , overlapping , three-D stratification) and study of the
right proportions between glossy, matte and reflective.
Starting
from the concept of reuse, the prototyping activities of handmade
accessories, all self-produced, lasted about a month and ended with the
construction of a series of jewelry and clothing in theme with the
collection. An opportunity to deepen and evolve, with this project, the
reference models chosen during the study involving them in the new
creations.
